Hey there! Thank you for stopping by.

I’m Jacek Piotrowski, an automation consultant. I help business owners leverage no-code and low-code tools to improve their day-to-day operations, increase competitiveness, and scale more efficiently.

Most of my clients come to me with the same problem: They’ve grown. Their old ways of working - manual handoffs, messy spreadsheets, and digital duct tape - are no longer enough. Things are starting to slip through the cracks, and the team is exhausted by repetitive admin work.

My role is to pick the right tools for the job and build reliable, predictable systems that solve those problems.

How I Work

You may have heard about automation tools. You might even be using them. But if there's one thing that I learned over the years is that I don't believe in "magic" software. Over the last decade since I built my first Zap I learned how important it is to choose the right tool for the job.

Today, my setups usually rely on n8n or Make for logic, Airtable or Supabase for data, and a bit of Javascript when a pre-built tool isn't enough.

I also sometimes leverage Softr.io for interfaces or add Gemini or Claude (among other LLMs) where AI is needed. And, of course, I connect with hundreds of API endpoints of the tools that are used by my clients.

But, at the end of the day, the tools are secondary. The goal is always to build a system that is transparent, documented, and easy for your team to own. Plus, the no-code approach means faster deployment, easier testing, and systems your team can actually understand and modify as you grow. No waiting months for developers or getting locked into complex code you can’t touch.

My Background

I built my first Zap back in 2016, working as a marketing specialist – that’s when even a tool like Zapier was far from mainstream. As time went by, I started building more complex systems to speed up my work and make things easier for myself. I also ran a copywriting business where I automated a lot of the heavy lifting (that was before AI).

All this experience taught me to think like a business owner first, technician second. I’ve seen what actually moves the needle versus what just creates expensive complexity. I’ve been automating my own work for over 10 years and have spent nearly five working exclusively with business owners to help them automate their businesses.

Why This Matters

Here’s what I see happening: Your business is growing, but your systems aren’t keeping up. You’re spending more time managing information than using it. Your team is frustrated by repetitive work that feels pointless. You know automation could help, but you’re not sure where to start or what’s actually worth doing.

Sound familiar? You’re not alone, and you’re not stuck.

My Philosophy

Foundation First: You can’t automate chaos. If your process is broken, automating it just makes it break faster. I start by understanding how you work today, cleaning up the logic, and only then building the automation.

Strategic Focus: Automation should free your team to do strategic work that grows your business - and help them do that work better too.
